Job Requirements - Projects & Digital Innovation Manager
Required Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP®, PRINCE2® Practitioner, Agile/Scrum) – strongly preferred.
3. Experience in a busy operations department managing projects, integrations and digital products.
4. ZAQA verified certificates
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure all projects are aligned with the institution’s strategic priorities and delivered on time and within budget.
2. Develop and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices, risk management, and consistent performance tracking.
3. Oversee the rollout of major digital financial services, ensuring readiness across technology, operations, compliance, and user experience.
4. Manage the day-to-day operations of digital platforms, including customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, system configuration, and user access management.
